Today's Cocktail: Agave Wild

We paired up with the legendary Michael Ng of BTG Bartending to create a series of Bad ass cocktails. It was an evening filled with laughs, fine cigars, and our Extra Añejo. Needless to say, it was a lot of fun.

Check out Michael's exclusive Bad Stuff recipe below, so you can make this masterpiece at home yourself! 
In a mixing glass:
  1. 4 Dashes of Peruvian Amargo Chuncho Bitters
  2. Muddle (1) thin slice of pineapple, (1) sprig of thyme, (1) Luxardo cherry
  3. Fill with half ice
  4. Pour 2 oz. of The Bad Stuff Anejo Tequila
  5. 0.75 oz. Sweet Vermouth
  6. Stir for 15 Seconds
  7. Strain & Pour into rocks glass with ice (oversized ice cube preferred-you can use an ice mold)
  8. Garnish with:
    • Dehydrated pineapple slice flower,
    • Thyme sprig (or flower if available)
    • Hibiscus leaf (optional)
    • Luxardo cherry

Dehydrated Pineapple Slice Instructions:
  1. Cut skin off pineapple
  2. Slice pineapple into paper-thin slices with a sharp knife (a mandolin also works very well for thin uniform slices)
  3. Dust with cinnamon powder
  4. Place slices into stick-free muffin pan and shape into each mold 
  5. Set oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 2 hours.

And for the Final Touch.... 
The Final Touch:

Light your favorite cigar (preferably one with flavors of spice/cinnamon - we used Casa Turrent 1901) and trap cigar smoke with cocktail in a dome and let it sit for 15 seconds to smoke the cocktail with the cigar smoke.
